The Event Orchestra is an exciting orchestra of 20-something players who play for private functions, balls, parties, corporate events, and exclusive concerts. Made up of the best players in London's orchestras and Conservatoires, we perform regularly all over England (and sometimes abroad too).

We love playing all sorts of music, from Mozart and Beethoven, to Strauss Waltzes, to Frank Sinatra and Gershwin. Do just get in touch and we can suggest suitable music for your event, or work with your choices to produce the perfect programme.

About the Event Orchestra
The Event Orchestra was formed in 2007 by a group of Cambridge graduates embarking on careers in the musical world. Having now completed post-graduate studies at London Conservatoires we now play in many different orchestras and instutions in London and around.
The Event Orchestra was created as a way for people to enjoy live music at their parties, events, and functions, without needing to know the music world inside out.
We are flexible both in the size of our orchestra and in the repertoire we play; just get in touch and we can easily work with you to create the perfect event!
The Event Orchestra is managed and conducted by Daniel Hill, a dynamic young conductor. Daniel began playing the violin at the age of 5 and the piano at age 8. He studied at the Junior Guildhall School of Music and Drama with Margaret Norris and Penelope Stirling, respectively. In 2004 he gained an Instrumental Scholarship to Cambridge, where he read Music at Emmanuel College. At Cambridge he conducted all the major orchestras and music groups, and now works with various orchestras in London.
